Validation Türkiye is a registered Turkish Patent and Trademark Attorney, authorised to represent applicants before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. A foreign applicant without a residence or a place of business in Türkiye must appoint a registered Turkish patent attorney to validate a European patent in Türkiye. We are that mandatory local representative, and we handle the entire validation on your behalf.

European Patent Attorney (EPA)

We hold European Patent Attorney credentials, so we work fluently within the framework of the European Patent Convention. Türkiye is a contracting state to the EPC, and validation gives a granted European patent effect as a national Turkish patent, enforceable locally. Our dual standing as a Turkish attorney and a European Patent Attorney means foreign counsel deal with one office that understands both the European grant and the Turkish national phase.
